Third world development through partnership
Aidlink is an Irish international non-governmental organisation (INGO). We exist improve the lives of those living in poverty in the developing world.
We believe that local communities and organisations are best placed to manage their own development. Therefore we work in partnership with strategic partners in our priority countries: Uganda, Kenya and Ghana. We are committed to empowering communities to directly implement development actions and to advocate for the relief of poverty and increased access to basic services. Our programmes focus on the basic development needs of communities as identified by them - water, education, food security and health (including HIV and AIDS).

March 2010 - St. Patrick’s day Badge Campaign 2010
Students from Blackrock College in Dublin and Scoil Mhuire in Cork, with the generous support of Independent Newspapers, will be selling St. Patrick’s Day badges from the 1st of March. Each badge costs only €2 and funds collected from this campaign are divided equally between Aidlink and GOAL. This twenty year old campaign continues to provide much needed funds for both organisations. We will direct funds towards our long term development programmes in Africa. Your support of the students and Aidlink’s programmes in this campaign would be greatly appreciated.
