Vacancy: Administrator Part -time (20 hour / week)


Aidlink is a small, but impactful international development organisation, striving to achieve gender equality and end poverty in Africa, while also raising awareness of global inequality in Ireland.  We work through partnering with African community-based organisations to collectively deliver our work, empowering people to tackle poverty and catalyse change.

Job Title
Administrator Part -time (20 hour / week)

Hybrid (Office is Dublin based) Minimum 3 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of a small office.
  • Support Governance / Compliance requirements
  • Support fundraising campaigns and events


  • Administrative support to the CEO and Board of Directors
  • General office management and administration, maintaining efficient filing and information systems.
  • Monthly book-keeping and financial reporting
  • Administration of the organisation’s CRM (Salesforce)
  • Logistic and administrative support for oversees field visits and development education projects.

Communications & Fundraising  

  • Supporter communications including, donation acknowledgments, donor updates and newsletters.
  • Social media.
  • Support community fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage Aidlink’s current donor relationships.


  • Other key administrative tasks as they arise.
